Calligram is made up of two b-side favorites of mine from the Purple Rain era - Erotic City ( b- side of Let’s Go Crazy) and God ( b-side of Purple Rain). The two songs together offer a dark and light softly lit portrait with a starry night time feel. Rich purple screenprint with lots of hand inking and glazes in liquid acrylic inks.
